Would think twice about messing around with him. Nice portrait shot! Thanks for popping by my photoblog.

@aggie: He is a little one, this angle has made him a giant dog. He is 20 lbs and very sweet.

miu* from GA, United States

Hello,Amir!
The dog looks so thirsty!
Oh,my dog's tongue is much shorter than your's.

22 Sep 2007 2:14pm

@miu*: No really, dogs have higher body temperature and don't sweat that much, therefore they need to exchange heat with environment using their mouth.

Twelvebit from Victoria, United States

I like him. I was experimenting with my new Nikon flash the other night and took a bunch of photos of our dogs. I was planning on posting one tomorrow if I got a good one.

@Twelvebit: As you can see I have no DSLR and those especial flashes. A cheap point and shoot. I am looking forward to see your work.

A great dog portrait with a very nice perspective.

@Harald: I did have to get on the ground for this.

Rebecca from Leicester, United Kingdom

He looks full of character, Amir! Truly wonderful natural moment you’ve caught here. I am just feeling so sad now hearing of the passing of Viewfinder’s beloved dog, Maggie. It reminds me of the precious contribution that such dear companions make to our lives.

22 Sep 2007 10:58pm

@Rebecca: I am deeply sorry to hear that, but thanks for letting me know.

Viewfinder from Bradenton, United States

Your dog looks so young and healthy, and full of love and energy. I am sure you and he are enjoying life together. This is wonderful portrait of him in his prime.

23 Sep 2007 2:48am

@Viewfinder: Thanks man. You are right he is young.
