@Quintino: Thanks. But what has happened to your Blogger account?

Stan Pulsar from Strasbourg, France

Amazing green water ! Is the whole lake like this ?

25 Sep 2007 8:12am

@Stan Pulsar: Thanks my friend. No, usually only around the banks are green, even though the whole lake is not as clear as open seas.

Rebecca from Leicester, United Kingdom

I love the graduating yellow to green tones, and the ripples you’ve caught here, Amir. Your shot is so stunningly crisp and well-defined. I find it totally amazing, it gives beautiful life and character even to this scene which many others would have taken for granted!

25 Sep 2007 3:26pm

@Rebecca: These kind of pictures, regardless of camera used, are usually are not that interesting in color. I have adjusted the "curves" under Photoshot. But this does not mean that it has fake color, simply camera on it own can't capture it and you need to do some adjustments to make it realistic.

Thanks once again for visiting.

Brian from United States

WOW! Those colors sure standout!! You have done an amazing job here!! I am intrigued by the interplay of colors. I keep looking deep into the water.

25 Sep 2007 7:39pm

@Lost Valley View: I was amazed of how little adjustment in curves could uplift a rather dull image.

Takiyah from Snellville, United States

Very nice capture. I especially like the ripples. Adds a nice effect to the shot.

26 Sep 2007 6:03am

@Takiyah: That was out of my control, it was pure luck. Thanks.

@Twelvebit: Yes it's a real lake, and I did not see anybody using it, so I guess the answer is no.
