This is one of my favorite sushi!

Rolling is difficult,isn't it?
Even if we Japanese,it is so hard to make them rolled beautifully!

@miu*: The rolling is difficult at first but practice makes perfect. Me and my wife both contributed in rolling this Sushi roll.

Oh, dear friend, yum yum!! I love sushi so much, i could go on and on about them!! Seriously, used to eat it at least a couple of times a week when I was back home in Singapore, and I remember some really memorable sushi & sashimi meals with a very good friend of mine back home....I so miss these now (sushi here is so expensive!! and the ones that can be bought in stores are sadly not very fresh!!)....this is an absolutely mouthwatering shot! Brings back so many wonderful memories....and these homemade ones especially must be so healthy and wholesome...really good one, Amir! :)
