Strong composition. Not easy because at first glance it may seem like a regular scene but you have shown, with a bit of creativity, how one can transform a scene.

Wow, the intersecting lines and contrasting textures between the robust pillars, metal railing, stony ground, and fluid waters here are truly outstanding!! I am so amazed at how you’ve put this together, especially how the individual parts share such a similarity in tones/colour, and yet have such varied textures!! Wonderful geometry as well!! You really have a first-class eye and hand, Amir!! Marvellous combination too of light and shade, and wonderful sense of stretching almost into infinity as this angle leads the observer’s eye to see so far into the distance. I agree with aggie, this is such a strong composition, dear friend!! Love it in every aspect!!

Twelvebit from Victoria, United States

Nice shot. Good composition, especially in the placement of the handrail. From the looks of it there is a walkway under these overpasses. Granted, I don't spend a lot of time around overpasses, but this is the first one I've seen like this one. This doesn't strike me as the route I'd want to take for a night time stroll.

21 Oct 2007 2:34pm

@Twelvebit: That's right is an overpass all right. I have never been around one during the night, but I would guess is not that safe, especially in Texas.
