Rags from Plano, United Statessuperb looking image. You have really done a good job here. 12 Nov 2007 6:37am @Rags: Thank you very much @ColNed Pictures: Thanks a lot dear @Alireza: Thank you @e.: Thank you Twelvebit from Victoria, United StatesHow are you doing the framing and captioning? 12 Nov 2007 2:21pm @Twelvebit: I really did get your question. If you mean how I do it literally! Oh well, I use Photoshop and you might know. If you need detailed steps, I would be happy to help you on that. Drop me a line and I will send you what is needed. Twelvebit from Victoria, United StatesI guess what I'm really asking is if there is some automated function or "filter" --a plug-in-- that adds the frame and caption. I know how to do it manually. 12 Nov 2007 2:36pm @Twelvebit: No, I just did it manually but one can create an action in Photoshop and other Adobe products to do the same thing in an automated fashion Quintino from Joane, PortugalI like the way you seem to play with light and shades on this photo. Well done. 12 Nov 2007 2:54pm @Quintino: Well it's just an HDR in it's true form, I can't assume too much credit Reza from Montreal, CanadaThis is wonderful. I like the saturatied and rich colors here. 12 Nov 2007 5:02pm @Reza: The basics of HDR @lissa: Thanks dear Richard_Irwin from Belper, United KingdomGreat HDR, this works a treat, you pick some fantastic locations for your HDR work. 12 Nov 2007 9:11pm @Richard_Irwin: I did not think so at first, thanks @Shahab: Thanks @vasa: Thanks Rebecca from Leicester, United KingdomWow, this is a postcard perfect image, dear Amir. Strong strong colours and textures, and awesome contrast between each. What I find fascinating is that somehow, alongside this picture postcard perfection, your composition also beautifully highlights a sense of emptiness in the midst of all this – bricks & wood, bricks & mortar. For me, it strikingly raises the issue : is this the highest ‘ideal’ that most of us human beings end up slogging so hard for – more of a roof over our heads? And is it empty and flimsy in the end? Is it what our existence is reduced to in the end? There is truly an amazing irony you have captured here which causes us to ponder. Once again, FIRST-CLASS work, dear friend. 12 Nov 2007 11:42pm miu* from GA, United StatesWhat a stunning shot,Amir! 13 Nov 2007 12:20am Takiyah from Snellville, United StatesThe colors are really nice Amir!
