These words were written on a rock on the bank of a lake in Austin . Hope the writer did not commit suicide right after writing this.

nice find.
I like how the writing becomes more chaotic when it reaches the word people. How apropos.

It's not like he might not have good reason. There was actually a suicide at an Austin lake awhile back. But it was one of those kinds of suicides where the guy blindfolded and gagged himself, then duct taped his hands behind his back, before he jumped into the water. But hey, why would the cops lie?

@Twelvebit: Life on Earth is so painful and full of injustice that I don't blame those with enough courage to attempt such thing.

You should have told me you were going to be in Austin --we could have met.

@Twelvebit: I understand that you live in Victoria, which is about 70 mils south of Arlington, am I wrong.

Victoria is near the coast, about midway between Corpus Christi and Houston. Austin is about a two hour drive, however, I have a son at UT Austin and I make frequent business trips there --about once a week-- so it's quite possible that you could be visiting Austin when I'm in town for one reason or another.

By the way, on my remark about the lake suicide --I was being facetious. The guy who is supposed to have committed suicide was a Palestinian rights advocate, and the way he is claimed by the cops to have committed suicide is physically unlikely --perhaps impossible. It seems like he may actually have been murdered and the suicide claim was a coverup.
